Please note that monogrammed / personalized orders placed after 12 NOON EDT will not ship out until the next business day, EVEN if these orders are shipping out via 2nd Day or Next Day Air Shipping.

At CLCLeather.com, our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return or exchange them, please fill out the Return/Exchange Form (on the reverse side of your invoice) and return the item WITHIN 30 Days of Purchase in it's original box (if possible). When exchanging items, please indicate the item with which you would like to replace it--please include the model number, color, size, etc.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY MERCHANDISE WITH LOGOS OR INITIALS.

Damaged or missing items must be reported within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. We will not accept any claims for damaged or missing merchandise after the 7th day from the date of delivery of your order.

If you have only received a packing list with your shipment, then rest assured your invoice will be mailed separately to you. Please wait to receive your invoice before sending back your items.

Affix the enclosed shipping label to the box to ensure correct delivery. If you no longer have your Creative Leather Concepts shipping label, you can send your pre-paid package to:

Returned packages must be shipped pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks after the receipt of the item(s). Creative Leather Concepts will pay the outbound shipping charges for orders being processed as exchanges.

Credit for returns will be given for the merchandise total only and does not include shipping and handling charges.

Refunds will be given for the price indicated on your receipt. If you do not have a receipt, the current or most recent sale price will apply. Gift returns will be refunded via check to the gift recipient. Credits on returned or exchanged merchandise will be refunded to the original credit card only. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Please allow 12 business days from the day you return your package for your exchange to be processed.
